ABOUT HEALING:  SPIRITUAL HEALING goes as far back as the history of mankind, evidence exists that healing dates back thousands of years BC. Now new evidence is forcing doctors to research further.  The National Health Service of the UK already employs healers to help patients with ill health, and Spiritual Healers are often allowed into hospitals and hospices to give healing and comfort to those in need. The aim is to work hand in hand with conventional medicine. Spiritual Healing works on many levels - there may not always be a cure, however there is always healing, be it of mind, body or spirit - it is not only the physical body that needs healing.....

Although Spiritual Healing comes from a divine source, and is available to anyone to practice if they have an open and loving heart and the right intentions, unfortunately in the age we live in it has become the law of the land that a recognised "qualification" and appropriate insurance be attained in order to practice. Therefore various organisations, including H.P.A.I., have been set up to meet that legislation. A series of "lessons" must be attended and the Code of Practice learnt and adhered to at all times. Once the theory has been completed and insurance obtained, a healer can begin to give healing. At this stage he/she becomes a Probationer Healer.  After giving 60 hours of healing, in the presence of a qualified and experienced healer, and the appropriate assessments have been made satisfactorily, the Probationer Healer then becomes a fully-fledged and qualified Spiritual Healer.

Zimbate is an ancient healing art dating from the time of the Essenes and the Theraputi (during the time of Jesus). Although my spiritual roots are in Christianity, and I still firmly believe in the Christian principles of love and kindness, I now belong to no particular formally-recognised religion of the world, but embrace all faiths as one. To benefit from Spiritual Healing you need not have any faith at all - it works for everyone no matter what, on many different levels.

I have appointments available for healing at my own home, or I can come to you if you live relatively near to where I live in Northumberland. Contact me for further details or to make an appointment.

However where I practice is mainly at the Seaton Healing Centre in Seaton Sluice, Northumberland, England, of which I was, until recently, the Secretary. Judy is our President & Treasurer, Ann is our Vice-President, and Rob & Michaela are Healers.  Look at the Seaton Healing Centre page of this website for a brief summary of what we do, recent Newsletters and notices of future events.

My journey into Spiritual Healing is a long story, rooted in the tragic and heartbreaking illness and subsequent loss of my wonderful son. Spiritual healing helped him enormously, and I may share the story with you at some time in the future, if I feel it will help anyone out there going through a similar nightmare.

ABOUT ORGANIC FOOD:As well as practicing my healing and therapies, I am also passionate about the health benefits of cooking and eating organic food. Part of my Healing & Therapy Practice is to offer Organic Catering, as I really want to spread the word about how important it is to nourish your body properly without the use of pesticides, chemicals and other "nasties". My motto comes from Hippocrates and is "Let food be your medicine - and medicine your food". Please see the Organic Food page of this website for further details.
