| Seaton Healing Centre Established 1st September 2006 Dissolved March 2009 |
It is with regret that I have to inform you that Seaton Healing Centre has now been completely disbanded. Seaton Healing Centre was set up on 1st September 2006 and held Healing, Music & Meditation meetings every Friday evening at Seaton Sluice Community Centre. This was a non-profit making venture and the Founder Committee Members were Judy (President), Rob (Vice-President), Ann (Treasurer) and Kath - myself (Secretary & Events Co-ordinator). Michaela was also a Founder Committee Member. All of the Committee were Healers.
We were a group of like-minded spiritual people whose main aims in opening Seaton Healing Centre were to bring healing and spiritual comfort to those suffering from physical, mental and emotional distress, and to improve the quality of life of the local community.
Unfortunately, circumstances made it impossible to continue, so we reluctantly decided to dissolve Seaton Healing Centre in March 2009.

Aromatherapy Massage
| Prices start from as little as £10 for a Hand or Foot Massage lasting approximately 15-20 minutes. Aromatherapy Massage is a gentle and therapeutic massage using essential oils of plants diluted in a carrier base. Essential oils used are chosen according to your individual requirements. Relaxing, stress-relieving, mood-enhancing. Usually carried out with the receiver lying on a massage bed with clothing removed (except for scalp, hand and/or foot massage). Modesty is always preserved by strategic placing of soft, warm towels. |
Indian Head Massage
| Prices start from as little as £15 for a 30 minute session. Indian Head Massage is a massage of the upper back, neck, shoulder area, head and face which is both stimulating and soothing. Floats tension away. Relaxing, stress-relieving, ideal for insomnia sufferers and those who suffer from headaches and migraine. Good for scalp and for those suffering from hair loss. Usually carried out with receiver sitting on a chair fully clothed, or clothing only removed to reveal upper back and shoulder area. Can be partly carried out using a massage bed. The experience can be enhanced by the use of essential oils. |
Holistic Therapeutic "Healing"
| I do not charge for this therapy but will accept Donations towards my out of pocket expenses. Holistic or Spiritual Healing is often described as "the laying on of hands", however it is not always the case that touch is involved. Where the therapist does touch will always be in an appropriate place, and therefore no embarrassment should be felt. The person receiving this therapy may be seated on a chair, or lying on a therapy couch, always fully clothed. The therapist holds his/her hands over the client and allows them to be guided to those parts of the body that may need attention, such as over the energy centres (or chakras). Some therapists, however, prefer to put their hands on the client's shoulders or on top of their head and leave them there so that the therapeutic energy can flow through them and into the client's body, trusting that this energy will find its way to wherever it is needed. There may not always be a cure, in fact we never state that a cure will follow this therapy, but there is always "healing" of some kind taking place, be it of mind, body or spirit. |
Zimbate Healing
| Prices start from as little as £10 for a 30 minute session. Zimbate Healing is a system of touch, sound and vibration used for healing, positive change and spiritual growth which will enhance and support other modalities. Can be likened to Reiki where the practitioner is attuned to a particular healing energy and can channel that healing energy into a recipient. The receiver can be either seated on a chair or lying on a treatment couch, fully clothed, when Zimbate healing is given. |
